Kohei and 503 Builders did a fantastic job fixing up various areas that were impacted by our whole house replumbing-- including patching and painting walls that were opened up, retouching base boards and caulking, and installing new splash guard and an utility sink in our laundry room. They were able to uninstall the super long floating vanity in our master bathroom without damaging it at all and reinstall it back perfectly after the plumbing work was done. I'm super impressed by their promptness, efficiency, and great communication throughout. I'm planning to hire them again, and definitely would recommend for any project.

We needed a contractor to help us with a complete renovation down to the studs (in some of the rooms), new roof, windows, plumbing, electrical, paint, etc. Not only that, but we needed someone to help us with a complex renovation loan process with HUD. Kohei and his team were easy to work either way and also added valuable collaboration and ideas. He was there to save the day several times when we ran into unforeseen gotchas! Renovations can be stressful, but Kohei and his team were always a part of the solution and I always felt they had us! We will be using them again! Just need to find the next house that needs love 😜
